ExploreSure! Just be sure to make two accounts, one as a publisher and one as an advertiser. Many of our pubs run campaigns on behalf of their advertisers on the Vidy platform out of convenience, and they also run campaigns for their own publication's brand.
We endeavor to reply to all support requests and questions same-day. We prioritize accounts on the Business and Pro tiers over free accounts, but will always respond as fast as we can. If you are in need of urgent help on a regular basis we recommend considering upgrading to Business for immediate priority.
Yes, with a caveat. We allow you to sell video ads that you stream through the Vidy unit on your site at any price that you want, provided that your price is not lower than Vidy's base demand price. We provide pricing guidance upon request on a CPM basis.
